<br /> AUG 1 0 1987 <br /> ORIGI NAL <br /> GR/st/7/10/87 <br /> 1 955 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1955 <br /> <br /> --------- <br /> AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED <br /> BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN GENERAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1-65, 2 -65, 3-65 TO PROVIDE <br /> FUNDS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DIS~RICT NOS. 1-65, <br /> 2-65 AND 3-65 <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65. The <br />following general and special tax rates for General Improvement <br />Di strict No. 1-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and <br />fixed, for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1987 - June 30, 1988, in the <br />amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: <br />Three Hundred Sixty One Thousand and NO/100 Dollars <br />($361,000.00) for payment of principal and interest on Redwood City <br />General Improvement District No. 1-65 Bonds, for deposit in the <br />Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-65 Fund, and the <br />special tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed at $.0150 on <br />each One Hundred Dollars of assessed value of all taxable real <br />property within the limits of General Improvement District No. 1-65 <br />as said District was established by Resolution No. 4589, adopted by <br />the Council of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together <br />with all territory thereafter annexed thereto. <br />SECTION 2. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2-65. The <br />following general and special tax rates for General Improvement <br />District No. 2-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and <br />fixed, for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1987 - June 30, 1988, in the <br />amounts set forth herein as follows, to wit: <br />One Hundred Seven Thousand and No/IOO Dollars ($107,000.00) <br /> 1955 <br /> --_.~.".". <br />
