<br />-::ompetent juri sd ict ion to be invalid, such decision s ha 11 not <br />affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance, <br />and the City Council hereby declares that it would have adopted <br />said ordinance and each section, sentence, clause or phrase <br />thereof, irrespective of the fact that any one or more section, <br />sentence, clause or phrase be de~lared invalid. <br /> SECTION 6. TRANSMITTAL TO COUNTY. The City Clerk is hereby <br />directed to transmit certified copies of this ordinance to the <br />Auditor of the County of San Mateo in accordance with Section 51551 <br />of the Government Code and to such other County officials as may <br />find it convenient or necessary to utilize this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 7.
