<br /> DAP'djk 12/17/87 (#5) <br /> DA. jjk 01/14/88R <br />one accident, and to substitute therefor the following <br />requirement: <br /> "Not less than two hundred fifty thousand dollars <br /> ($250,000.00) on account of personal injury to or death <br /> of any one (1) person in any one accident and five <br /> hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) on account of <br /> the personal injuries to or death of two (2 ) or more <br /> persons in any one accident, and not less than two <br /> hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00) for <br /> damages to or destruction of property in any one <br /> accident. " <br /> 2. All other provisions of the aforesaid Section 33.28 <br />shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days from <br />its adoption; provided, however, the insurance provisions of <br />paragraph 1 hereof shall operate retroactively from January 1, <br />1988 to and including December 31, 1988, and shall thereafter <br />have no further effect. <br /> * * * <br /> 2 <br /> ..',. ._~"......~,.- <br />
