1966 APR 1 8 1988 --------- ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 20.207, 20.208 AND 20.209 OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 20.207 of Chapter 20 of the Redwood City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 20.207. Posting of Residential Permit Parking Area. <br /> DA .1t 11/30/87 (#06) <br />reserve the holder thereof an on-street parking space on a <br />street in such residential permit parking area. <br /> " (b) This division does not apply to ambulances, fire <br />department vehicles, police vehicles, public utility <br />vehicles, or other official or emergency vehicles which have <br />an official seal or logo identifying them as such. <br /> " (c) Commercial vehicles parked for the purpose of <br />loading or delivery of goods, wares, or merchandise from or <br />to any building or structure in a residential permit parking <br />area or delivering materials to be used in the repair, <br />alteration, remodeling, construction or reconstruction of <br />any such building or structure for which a building permit <br />has previously been obtained shall be exempt from the time <br />restrictions established by the council under section <br />20.207.
