APR 1 8 1988 --------- ORDINANCE DELETING CHAPTER 41 OF, AND ADDING CHAPTER 41 TO, THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO FLOOD CONTROL THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. A structure or other <br />development without the elevation certificate, other <br />certifications, or other evidence of compliance required in <br />this chapter is presumed to be in violation until such time <br />as that documentation is provided." <br /> "Section 4l.6. Lands to Which This Chapter Applies. <br />This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood <br />hazards within the jurisdiction of the City of Redwood <br />City." <br /> "Section 41.7.
