REMEDIES CUMULATIVE. The remedies and <br />penalties provided for in this ordinance shall be cumulative and <br />not exclusive, and shall be in addition to any or all other <br />remedies available to the City. <br /> SECTION 13. NOTICES. Notices required to be given pursuant <br />to the provisions of this ordinance shall be in writing, may be <br />combined with water service bills or other written <br />communications, and shall be delivered personally, or by posting <br />with the United States Mail Service, first class postage prepaid, <br />and addressed to the last known address of the user to whom <br />given, or to the owner of the premises to which the water service <br />of such user pertains, shown on the last equalized assessment <br />roll of the County Assessor, County of San Mateo. <br /> SECTION 14. IMPLEMENTATION. The Director is hereby <br />authorized and empowered to delegate his or her authority <br />hereunder to such deputies, officers, employees, or agents of the <br />City as he or she shall designate, and to establish such rules, <br />regulations, and procedures, and to prepare or furnish such <br />forms, as he or she deems necessary or appropriate to carry out <br />the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 15. INTERPRETATION. In the event any provision of <br />this ordinance conflicts with any provision of any other <br />ordinance, any resolution, regulation, rule, order, or permit, <br />the provisions of this ordinance shall govern and control over <br />the provisions in conflict therewith. <br /> 14 <br /> .__._...._. <br />
