The host or hostess of every restaurant (if such <br /> person is employed) and the person taking reservations for <br /> such restaurant shall request each patron's preference for <br /> smoking or nonsmoking seating." <br /> "Section 15.7. Violations. <br /> " (a) It is unlawful for any person to smoke in a place <br /> where smoking is prohibited. <br /> " (b) It is unlawful for any person enumerated in <br /> Sections 15.4 and 15.6 to fail to comply with any of the <br /> provisions of said Sections. Penalty. <br /> "Violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter <br /> made unlawful shall be deemed an infraction which, upon <br /> conviction thereof, shall be punishable as specified in <br /> subdivision (b) of Section 1.7 of this Code." <br /> SECTION 2.
