<br /> SWC:ffiITI("f 8/30/88 (#6) <br /> SEP 2 6 1988 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1979 <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING NEW BUDGET ITEM IN THE OPERATING <br /> PROGRAM ENTITLED "EMERGENCY SHELTER; AND APPROPRIATING <br /> $96,183 RECEIVED FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, FEDERAL <br /> EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANTS PROGRAM TO SAID EMERGENCY <br /> SHELTER, HUMAN SERVICES ASSISTANCE, HUMAN SERVICES, <br /> OPERATING PROGRAMS BUDGET ITEM AND PROGRAM <br /> THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> l. This Council does hereby establish a new budget item in <br />the Operating Program entitled "Emergency Shelter". <br /> 2. The sum of Ninety-six Thousand One Hundred Eighty-three <br />and No/100 Dollars ($96,183.00) is hereby appropriated from a <br />grant from the State of California, Federal Emergency Shelter <br />Grants Program to the newly established appropriation for <br />Emergency Shelter, Human Services Assistance, Human Services, <br />Operating Programs for the purpose of subcontracting with the <br />Emergency Housing Consortium, Inc. for the maintenance and <br />operation of the Family Living Center, 110 Locust Street, Redwood <br />City, California. <br /> 3. The sum hereby appropriated pursuant to paragraph 2 is <br />for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1988 - June 30, <br />1989, and shall be in addition to all other sums so appropriated <br />for said purpose during fiscal year July 1, 1988 - June 30, 1989. <br /> * * * <br /> 1979 <br /> ... --.-.......-. <br />
