<br /> DES!rtjk 10/13/88 (002/7) <br /> DES jk 11/21/88R <br /> DES:djk 01/09/89R <br /> 1986 JAN ~9 1989 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1986 <br /> --------- <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 38.10.2 AND 38.10.4 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO WATER LINE <br />CONNECTION, WATER SERVICE METER INSTALLATION, AND FIRE <br />SERVICE INSTALLATION FEES, RESPECTIVELY <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 38.10.2 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 38.10.2. Every application for the <br />installation of a water service meter and water service <br />lines to such meter to be constructed by the City shall be <br />accompanied by the following fees: <br /> Meter Size Fees <br /> 5/8 x 3/4 inch $2,350.00 <br /> 3/4 inch $2,375.00 <br /> 1 inch $2,400.00 <br /> 1-1/2 inch $3,600.00 <br /> 2 inch $3,700.00 <br /> 3 inch and over Cost of Installation <br />The above fees include all charges for connection of water <br />lines to a water main." <br />SECTION 2. Section 38.10.4 is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> "Section 38.10.4. Every application for the <br />installation of a fire service system (water main to water <br />service meter) shall be accompanied by the following fees: <br /> Service Size Fees <br /> - <br /> 2 inch $3,700.00 <br /> 4 inch $4,275.00 <br /> 6 inch $4,750.00 <br /> 8 inch $5,075.00 <br /> 10 inch and over Cost of Installation" <br /> 1986 <br /> .. ._.- ......~, <br />
