The statement <br />of appeal shall specify the grounds upon which the appeal is <br />made and shall be accompanied by any supporting documentary <br />material the appellant desires the Council to consider on <br />the appeal. <br /> (b) Fee. The written notice of appeal shall be <br />accompanied by such nonrefundable filing fee as may be <br />established by resolution of the City Council. <br /> (c) Notice. Upon receipt of notice of an appeal, the <br />City Clerk shall set the appeal for hearing, which shall be <br />held within thirty (30) days of receipt of said notice, and <br />shall give written notice to the appellant, the Enforcement <br />Officer, and the Hearing Officer of the date, time and place <br />of said hearing. The Clerk's notice to the appellant shall <br />be given in the manner specified in subdivision (a) of <br />Section 14.76. <br /> (d) Action on Appeal. The City Council may affirm, <br />reverse, or modify the decision or determination of the <br />Hearing Officer as it deems just and equitable, and the <br />decision of the City Council shall be final. <br /> "Section 14.79. Abatement. Upon conclusion of the <br />hearing held pursuant to Section 14.77 or, if an appeal be <br />taken, upon a determination by the City Council affirming or <br />modifying the determination of the Hearing Officer, or <br />otherwise determining that a nuisance as described in <br />Section 14.72 exists and shall be abated, the Enforcement <br />Officer shall be deemed to have acquired jurisdiction to <br /> 13 <br /> 198 y <br /> .-.......... <br />
