1989 MAR 1 3 1989 --------- ORDINANCE AMEND ING THE CHAPTER HEADING OF, AND ADDING ARTICLE V TO, CHAPTER 14 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO NUISANCE ABATEMENT THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The heading of Chapter 14 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "Chapter 14. "GARBAGE, RUBBISH, WASTE MATTER, WEEDS AND NUISANCE ABATEMENT" SECTION 2. Article V is hereby added to Chapter 14 of the Code of the City of Redwood City to read as follows
