<br /> DAS:d;k 03/02/89 (016/7) <br /> DAS:C: 03/06/89R <br />SECTION 6. Section 34.3 of Chapter 34 of the Redwood City <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 34.3. Mobile Homes and Trailers to be Used <br />Only in Mobile Home and Trailer Parks; Parking. <br /> (a) It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy or <br />use any trailer for living or sleeping purposes unless such <br />trailer is either located in a trailer park or is being used <br />as an office for a construction project, a circus, or <br />carnival, while such activities are being conducted. <br /> (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy or <br />use any mobile home for living or sleeping purposes unless <br />such mobile home is located in a mobile home park or is <br />being used as an office for a construction project, a <br />circus, or carnival, while such activities are being <br />conducted. <br /> (c) No trailer or mobile home, regardless of size or <br />type, shall be parked in a public right-of-way or parked so <br />that it takes up or blocks a required automobile parking <br />space or loading space for more than 48 hours.
