<br /> · DES:mmg -/22/89 (#8/003) <br />Redwood City and certified by the City Clerk and the City <br />Manager, presently on file in the office of the City Clerk, and <br />contained in that document entitled "City of Redwood City Budget, <br />1988-90 as Amended," is hereby referred to and incorporated <br />herein as if fully set forth herein verbatim, and that portion of <br />said document relating to Fiscal Year 1989-90 is hereby adopted <br />as the Annual Budget of the City of Redwood City for the Fiscal <br />Year July 1, 1989 - June 30, 1990. <br /> SECTION 2. Appropriations. From and after the operative <br />date of this ordinance, the several amounts stated in the Annual <br />Budget referenced to in Section 1 hereof as resources allocated <br />(Total Cost) for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1989 - June 30, 1990 <br />shall become and thereafter be appropriated to the offices, <br />departments (therein referred to as "programs" and <br />"subprograms") , objects and purposes therein stated for said <br />Fiscal Year, and said monies are hereby authorized to be expended <br />for said offices, departments, objects and purposes by the <br />offices and departments specified in said Budget. The Budget <br />Transmittal Letter and Budget Message, the Program Summary, <br />notations, memoranda and information contained in the Operations <br />Programs consisting of the portions thereof designated program <br />goals, scope of program, sub-program goals, objectives, comments, <br />sub-program changes, program indicators and financing; the <br />explanatory notes and detail of expenditures in the Housing and <br />Community Development Block Grant Program; the Capital <br />Improvement Summary and project listings; the financial <br />summaries; and the personnel allocations and indirect overhead <br /> 2 <br /> 2000 <br />-- ... ,..~,_.~.,. ..- .- <br />
