The City <br /> Clerk shall cause a copy of the resolution adopted by the <br /> City Council as provided in Section 18.222 to be mailed, <br /> published, and posted in the same manner as the notice of <br /> hearing specified in Section 18.215. <br /> "Section 18.225. Recordation of Notice. The City <br /> Clerk shall cause a copy of the resolution adopted by the <br /> City Council as provided in Section 18.222 hereof, with a <br /> description of the property within the benefit area appended <br /> thereto, to be submitted to the County Recorder, County of <br /> San Mateo, for recordation in the official records of said <br /> County. <br /> "Section 18.226. OWnership of Improvements. Upon <br /> completion of the construction of the improvements and <br /> acceptance thereof, title thereto shall vest in the City. <br /> "DIVISION 3. REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENTS. <br /> "Section 18.230. Minimum Provisions. Reimbursement <br /> agreements entered into with an owner of property pursuant <br /> to the provisions of this Article shall include, but not be <br /> limited to, provisions relating to the requirement for the <br /> deposit by the owner of the costs of the improvements in <br /> advance of the entering into by the City of a contract for <br /> construction of said improvements, acquisition of <br /> rights-of-way, payment of all fees, indemnification of the <br /> City, the term of the agreement, collection and payment of <br /> the reimbursement charge or charges, and such other <br /> 18 <br /> -- ~ ._---.---~ <br />
