Recordation. Concurrently with giving <br />notice pursuant to Section 9.143, the Building Official <br />shall submit to the County Recorder, County of San Mateo, <br />for recordation a certificate stating that the property with <br />respect to which such notice has been given contains thereon <br />an unrein forced masonry building which has been determined <br />by the Building Official pursuant to the provisions of this <br />Division to be potentially hazardous in the event of an <br />earthquake, and that the owner(s) of the property upon which <br />said building is located is required to comply with the <br />provisions of this Division. Thereafter, and upon a <br />determination by the Building Official that a building with <br />respect to which such certificate has been recorded should <br />not be deemed a potentially hazardous building in the event <br />of an earthquake, or upon a determination that such building <br />has undergone mitigation of such hazards to the satisfaction <br />of the Building Official, the Building Official shall <br />thereupon submit to the County Recorder, County of San <br />Mateo, for recordation a certificate stating that such <br />building is no longer deemed potentially hazardous in the <br />event of an earthquake, and rescinding the prior <br />certification. <br /> 9 <br /> 2004 <br />~ .' ,,-~.'.-,~_..~-_.- ".---- ..'--,_.._..'...... <br />
