JAH:djm 11/28/89 (011/#8) <br />and directed to certify to the passage of this Ordinance and to <br />cause the same to be published in the Redwood City Almanac, a <br />newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the <br />City of Redwood City. <br />SECTION 15. SEVERABILITY - If any part of this Ordinance or <br />the Second Amendment which it approves is held to be invalid for <br />any reason, such holding shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portion of this Ordinance or of the Second Amendment, <br />and this Council hereby declares that it would have passed the <br />remainder of the Ordinance or approved the remainder of the <br />Second Amendment if such invalid portion thereof had been <br />deleted; provided, however, that in no event does this Council <br />intend that Redevelopment Project No. 2 as heretofore amended be <br />repealed or rescinded by, or as a consequence of, any such <br />determination of invalidity. <br />SECTION 16. EFFECTIVE DATE - This Ordinance shall be in <br />full force and effect thirty (30) days after adoption. <br />17 2007 <br />
