JAH:djm 11/28/89 (011/#8) <br />facilities as a result of the Project, an analysis of the <br />Preliminary Plan, the report and recommendations of the Planning <br />Commission of the City of Redwood City, a summary of <br />consultations with Amendment Area and existing Project Area <br />("Amendment Project Area") property owners, residents and <br />businesses, an environmental impact report on the Second <br />Amendment, the report of the county fiscal officer and the <br />Agency's analysis thereof, a summary of consultations with taxing <br />agencies, and a neighborhood impact report; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City <br />has submitted to the City Council its report and recommendations <br />concerning the Second Amendment and its certification that the <br />Second Amendment conforms to the General Plan for the City of <br />Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at a duly noticed public <br />hearing on September 19, 1989, continued to and concluded on <br />October 3, 1989, received public comments on the Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report ("EIR"), prepared in accordance with <br />the California Environmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code <br />Section 21000 et seg.), the Guidelines for implementation of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (14 Cal. Adm. Code Section <br />15000 et seq.) and environmental procedures adopted by the Agency <br />pursuant thereto; and the Draft EIR was thereafter revised and <br />supplemented to incorporate comments received and responses <br />thereto, and, as so revised and supplemented, a Final EIR was <br />prepared by the Agency; and <br />0N <br />2007 <br />
