A visitor parking permit shall include: the term for which it is valid, the license plate <br />number of the motor vehicle to which it applies, an identification number to <br />associate with an address in the permit area, and shall designate the applicable <br />residential permit parking area. <br />C. Visitor parking permits shall be of two (2) types: <br />1. One -day visitor parking permit - A one (1) day visitor parking permit shall, during <br />the date indicated upon the face of said permit, exempt the applicable vehicle <br />from the posted parking time restrictions of the applicable residential permit <br />parking area; and <br />2. Fourteen -day visitor parking permit - A fourteen (14) day visitor parking permit <br />shall, for the period of fourteen (14) days commencing upon the date indicated <br />upon the face of said permit, exempt the applicable vehicle from the posted <br />parking time restrictions of the applicable residential permit parking area. <br />D. No more than ten (10) total visitor parking permits shall be issued annually to <br />visitors at any one dwelling unit, unless otherwise established by resolution for a <br />particular residential permit parking area. No more than five (5) 1 -day visitor <br />parking permits per dwelling unit, and no more than two (2) 14 -day visitor parking <br />permits per dwelling unit shall be issued at any one time. <br />Sec. 20.204. - DISPLAY OF PERMITS: <br />Residential parking permits shall be affixed to a motor vehicle at the lower corner <br />of the rear window on the driver's side and visible. <br />Guest OF Visitor parking permits shall be placed inside the vehicle, and <br />visible in their entirety through the rear window on the driver's side. <br />Sec. 20.205. - FEES FOR ISSUANCE; DURATION OF PERMITS: <br />The Council may establish by resolution fees for the administration issuanGe of <br />residential parking permits, tempePary--visitor parking permits, and for the <br />replacement of lost, damaged or destroyed permits or stickers.
