I I ,,~, <br /> <br /> DES:djk ~2/18/95 (053/41) <br /> DES:djk _ ~/05/96R <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />accept, on behalf of the City, an easement for public street <br />purposes, a public service easement, a waterline easement, and a <br />relinquishment of access rights, in, upon, over and across that <br />certain real property described in Exhibit "A" as Parcel 1, <br />Parcel 2, Parcel 3 and Parcel 4, respectively, and depicted in <br />Exhibits "B" and "C" hereof, which Exhibits are attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> 2. This Council hereby finds that that certain non-access <br />restriction described in of Exhibit "D" and depicted in Exhibit <br />"E" hereof, which Exhibits are attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein has been superseded by relocation, <br />and said restriction is no longer required for public purposes <br />and, therefore, said restriction shall be, and is hereby ordered, <br />vacated. <br /> <br /> 3. Upon delivery of documents (in form approved by the <br />City Attorney) conveying and relinquishing the interests <br />described in paragraph 1 hereof, the City Clerk is hereby <br />authorized and directed to submit to the County Recorder, County <br />of San Mateo, for recordation, a certified copy of this <br />resolution together with said documents and a document (in form <br />approved by the City Attorney) quitclaiming and relinquishing the <br />interest described in paragraph 2. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
