CONSENT CALENDAR Items on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and approved in one motion. Motion and second, Hale and Borgens, to approve all items on the Consent Calendar. The motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. 6.A. Final map and associated agreements for the development at 515 Cleveland and Harrison by Harrison, L.P. (304) MO 19-182 Recommendation: 1. By motion, approve Final Map No. 2018-002, the Subdivision Map for the 515 Cleveland Street development at Cleveland and Harrison; 2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an improvement agreement with Harrison, L.P; 3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape maintenance agreement with Harrison, L.P; and 4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a stormwater treatment measures and maintenance Agreement with Harrison, L.P. CEQA: Categorically Exempt - Class 32. In -Fill Development Projects 6.13. Professional services agreement with SCA Environmental, Inc. to provide environmental services for the construction phase of the California Water Tank, Pump Station and Transmission Main Project (304) MO 19-183 Recommendation: By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with SCA Environmental, Inc. to provide environmental services for the construction phase of the California Water Tank, Pump Station and Transmission Main Project in the amount of $261,760, and authorize the City Manager to amend the agreement for an additional amount of $26,176 in the event additional services are necessary, for a total contract amount of $287,936.
