5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and approved in one motion. <br />Motion and second, Hale and Borgens, to approve all items on the Consent Calendar. <br />The motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />6.A. Final map and associated agreements for the development at 515 Cleveland <br />and Harrison by Harrison, L.P. (304) MO 19-182 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve Final Map No. 2018-002, the Subdivision Map for the 515 <br />Cleveland Street development at Cleveland and Harrison; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />improvement agreement with Harrison, L.P; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape <br />maintenance agreement with Harrison, L.P; and <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a stormwater <br />treatment measures and maintenance Agreement with Harrison, L.P. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 32. In -Fill Development Projects <br />6.13. Professional services agreement with SCA Environmental, Inc. to provide <br />environmental services for the construction phase of the California Water <br />Tank, Pump Station and Transmission Main Project (304) MO 19-183 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services <br />agreement with SCA Environmental, Inc. to provide environmental services for <br />the construction phase of the California Water Tank, Pump Station and <br />Transmission Main Project in the amount of $261,760, and authorize the City <br />Manager to amend the agreement for an additional amount of $26,176 in the <br />event additional services are necessary, for a total contract amount of <br />$287,936. <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
