Dear Mayor Bain, Council Members, and staff, <br />Please find attached our comments on behalf of the Campaign for Fossil Free Buildings in Silicon Valley on the <br />proposed Energy and Green Building Standards ("Reach Codes") to be heard at tomorrow's Council Meeting.
