DES:d~~- 12/19/95 (055/41) <br /> <br /> o R I G I N A L 1/8/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12679 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR <br /> REDWOOD SHORES TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENTS ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br /> (BRIAN KANGAS FOULK) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires consulting <br />engineering services for the Redwood Shores Traffic Improvements <br />Assessment District in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brian Kangas Foulk of Redwood City, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Consulting <br />Engineering Services Redwood Shores Traffic Improvements <br />Assessment District" (form dated 12/19/95), by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and Brian Kangas Foulk of Redwood City, California, <br />for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br /> <br />
