,l I I <br />DES:dj~ 12/19/95 (054/41) <br /> <br /> o R I G I N A L 1/8/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12678 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> SEWAGE PUMP STATIONS REHABILITATION AND REPLACEMENT <br /> PROGRAM; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT <br /> FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the sewage pump stations <br /> rehabilitation and replacement program in the City of Redwood <br /> City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br /> for the Sewage Pump Stations Rehabilitation & Replacement Program <br /> - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department <br /> of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br /> documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
