I am writing to express my opposition to the proposed 17 story structure at the Sequoia Station site. This is too massive a structure <br />for the area and is out of scale to the surroundings. We have lived in Redwood City for over 40 years and there is a reason why we <br />chose to live here and not in San Jose or San Francisco. The area that this proposed building is going is already very congested and <br />the amount of activity brought in with the proposed development will worsen an already difficult situation. Looking around town, <br />one sees a lot of high density housing being built so it's not as though Redwood City isn't part of the solution.
