6.13. - Page 21 of 42 <br />TASK ORDER NO. <br />EXHIBIT "A-1" <br />TASK ORDER <br />TO TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />This Task Order No. ("Task Order") is made and entered into by and between the <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California <br />("City'"). and Cath) -Jon Enterprises. Inc.. HB Staffing, a California Corporation ("Contractor"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. City and Contractor entered into an agreement entitled Temporary Staffing Services <br />Agreement ('`Agreement"°), by which the Contractor agreed to perform services in accordance <br />with Task Orders issued by the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. INCORPORATION BV REFERENCE. This Task Order hereby incorporates by reference <br />all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement. <br />2. SCOPE OF TASK ORDER. Contractor will perform the services described in Attachn-rent <br />A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions of the Agreement.
