The Proposal Forms are available at the Public Works office, 1400 Broadway Street, Redwood <br />City, CA 94063. Any questions regarding the Proposal Forms should be directed in writing to <br />the City Contact (explained on page 5 in the section titled "Interpretation"). <br />3. Redwood City, CA 94063, on or before the 2:30pm deadline, on Tuesday <br />October 1, 2019. Faxed, emailed or late bids will not be accepted. <br />6.
