All sealed bids must be submitted by the specified time <br />and place and plainly marked on the envelope: "SEALED BID TO FURNISH <br />"ONE" (1) NEW MODEL YEAR FORD/CHEVROLET CHASSIS PARATRANSIT <br />TURTLE TOP ADA COMPLIANT WINDOW VAN OR PREAPPROVED EQUAL <br />OPENED 3:00 PM PST ON TUESDAY, October 1, 2019." Late bids will not <br />be accepted.
