EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br /> for <br /> Vacation of a Portion of Beech Street <br /> <br />Being a portion of Beech Street 60 feet wide, as Beech Street is shown on <br />the map entitled "Map of Sweeny's Addition Redwood City San Mateo <br />County California" which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of <br />San Mateo County, State of California, on November 2, 1876 in Book "C" <br />of Maps at page 68, and a copy entered in Book 3 of Maps at page 24, <br />more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />The Northwesterly 13 feet of Beech Street, extending between the <br />Southeasterly prolongation of the Northeasterly line of Lot 1, Block 4, said <br />Northeasterly line also being the Southwesterly line of Hilton Street, and <br />the Southeasterly prolongation of the Southwesterly line of Lot 2, Block 4, <br />said Southwesterly line of Lot 2 being also the line dividing Lots 2 and 3, <br />Block 4, as said Lots, Block and Hilton Street are shown on the above <br />referenced <br />map: <br /> <br />Containing an area of 1300 square feet, more or less. <br /> <br /> <br />
