CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Program Objectives & Quantitative Goals <br />Fiscal Year 2019/2020 <br />Agency Information <br />Agency Name: Ombudsman Services of San Mateo County, Inc <br />Address: 711 Nevada Street <br />City, State, ZIP: Redwood City, CA 94061 <br />Activity/Program Title: Ombudsman Services of San Mateo County, Inc <br />Program Objectives & Quantitative Goals <br />Redwood City Consolidated Plan Priority and Objective Program Addresses: <br />Support Human Service programs that meet the basic human services needs of low <br />income persons with an emphasis on serving priority needs populations: <br />HS -1: Meet the basic human services needs of low income persons with an <br />emphasis on serving priority needs populations. <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />Investigate a minimum of 85 complaints involving disabled or elderly individuals in <br />licensed care facilities in Redwood City. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />Ombudsman Services of San Mateo County, Inc will serve 85 Redwood City persons. <br />Hold monthly volunteer recruitment information sessions and 2 trainings for new <br />ombudsmen, thereby increasing our volunteer base by 7%, raising the number of field <br />ombudsmen to 50. <br />NOTE. Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
