AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT <br />Rebuilding Together Peninsula <br />National Rebuilding Day (NRD) — Home Rehabilitation Program <br />This Amendment No. 1 ("Amendment No. 1") is entered into and effective as of <br />June _, 2020, by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Rebuilding Together Peninsula, a <br />California nonprofit organization ("Subrecipient") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The Parties previously executed that certain Agreement, dated as of <br />October 18, 2019, (the "Agreement"). <br />B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to the terms and conditions set <br />forth in this Amendment No. 1. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows - <br />1 . <br />ollows: <br />1. The Subrecipient grant performance period is extended from June 30, 2020 <br />to December 31, 2021. <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Subrecipient pursuant <br />to the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. <br />4.
