This goal <br />includes the provision of special needs housing: <br />AH -3: Improve the condition of existing housing (renter and owner) <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />Provide minor home repairs for low-income Redwood City elderly and disabled <br />households. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />Safe at Home will serve 9 Redwood City households. <br />NOTE.
