EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />On June 29, 2017, Linden Park was reopened after a multi-year process for the design <br />and construction of the new park. On June 22, 2019, a number of park amenities were <br />intentionally set on fire, including two willow but sculptures, a large portion of the redwood <br />log cladded wall, and a majority of the synthetic turf surfacing. Consultant will restore the <br />wooden structure by installing redwood logs and slats on the remaining wall. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />TASK A. Mobilize equipment <br />TASK B. Remove existing header board <br />TASK C. Saw cut and fit redwood logs approx. 90 <br />TASK D. Saw cut and fit 2"x2" base slats approx. <br />TASK E. Saw cut and fit 2"x4" slat approx. 90' <br />FIXED FEE <br />$15,800.00 <br />PAYMENTTERMS <br />' (logs supplied by the City) <br />180' <br />City will pay Consultant a fixed fee, one-time payment of $15,800 once all tasks listed <br />above are completed.
