0 R I G I N A L 12/19/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12674 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AMENDED AGREEMENT FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/GENERAL <br /> CONTRACTOR SERVICE - NEW CITY HALL <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br /> (RUDOLPH & SLETTEN, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a new City <br />Hall in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has approved an agreement with <br />Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., entitled "Agreement - Professional Construction <br />Management and General Contractor Services - New City Hall Project" (the <br />"Agreement") as evidenced by the adoption of Resolution 12478, on May 22, <br />1995; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., desire <br />to amend the Agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., of Foster City, California represents <br />that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform the <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
