<br />6.2D <br />Page 11 <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br /> <br />When Recorded, Mail to: <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br /> <br />The undersigned, as <br />Redevelopment Agency of the <br />certifies as follows: <br /> <br />Executive Director <br />City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />of the <br />hereby <br /> <br />By its Resolution No. adopted and approved <br />20 the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City has resolved as follows: <br /> <br />portion <br /> <br />Section 1. <br />of <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />improvements [or that certain <br />improvements described as <br />] required to be constructed in <br />accordance with that certain Owner Participation Agreement (the <br />"AgreementU) dated , 2003, by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City and KDF Hallmark, a California limited partner (the <br />"Participating OwnerU), on that certain real property more fully <br />described in Exhibit "AU attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by this reference have been completed in accordance with the <br />provisions of said Agreement. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Section 2. This Certificate of Completion shall <br />constitute a conclusive determination of satisfaction of the <br />agreements and covenants contained in the Agreement with respect <br />to the obligations of the Participating Owner, and its <br />successors and assigns, to construct the improvements and the <br />dates for the beginning and completion thereof; provided, <br />however, that the Agency may enter the Property for purposes of <br />enforcing any covenant of the Agreement. Said Agreement is an <br />official record of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City and a copy of said Agreement may be inspected in <br />the office of the Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Redwood City during regular business hours. <br /> <br />1 <br />
