Transportation demand management (TOM) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 14821 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ADOPTING THE 885 WOODSIDE ROAD PRECISE PLAN <br /> <br />Council shall consider the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Addendum to the <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration when taking this action. (Refer to Attachment 2, <br />the Resolution; Attachment 3, the Precise Plan revisions and MMRP; and <br />"General Plan and Zoning Compliance" section of this report). <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present with <br />Council Member Hartnett recusing due to a conflict of interest. <br /> <br />8. MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> <br />A. Legislation (information only) - This sub-section involves possible discussion of <br />City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California Cities <br />Priority Focus Bulletin No. 42-2007 and 43-2007. Council may direct staff to act on <br />positions taken by Council. (Copies of League of California Cities Priority Focus <br />available in City Clerk's Department). <br /> <br />B. Council Member Aguirre - explained the wonderful event the previous weekend, <br />the Latino Film Festival, thanking the City, the Civic Cultural Commission, and the <br />various other individuals involved in the event. She asked that the trailer be shown <br />that was shown before all of the movies during the festival inviting folks to the grand <br />gala closing held in Redwood City on Sunday night at the Courthouse Museum. <br /> <br />9.
