the activities contemplated by the Countywide Storm Water Pollution Prevention <br />Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br />agreement between the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo, <br />Department of Health Services, for industrial and commercial inspection services <br />to be performed by the County of San Mateo in connection with the Countywide <br />Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program, and it is the intention and desire of <br />this Council to approve the same; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Industrial/Commemial <br />Inspection Services for the San Mateo Countywide Storm Water Pollution <br />Prevention Program in the City of Redwood City," by and between the City of <br />Redwood City and San Mateo County, Department of Health Services, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars thereof is hereby approved and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />RESO-7 2 <br />FXS:rg <br />10/30/95 <br /> <br /> <br />
