SUCCESSORS. This Agreement, and all of the terms, conditions, <br /> <br />convenants and agreements herein contained shall be binding upon, and shall inure to <br /> <br />the benefit of, Owner, and Owner's administrators, heirs, assigns, and transferees. <br /> <br />6. RECORDATION. This Agreement shall be filed for recordation in the Office <br /> <br />of the Recorder, County of San Mateo, California. <br /> <br />7. CAPTIONS.
