<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT CITY COUNCIL <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> <br />December 10. 2007 <br />MO. 07-212 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: December 11, 2007 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Engineering Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Agreement with South Bayside System Authority for the transfer of <br />title of the recycle water utility facilities and exchange of <br />easements. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 E (304) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on December 10, 2007. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Ira, Pierce and Mayor Foust <br /> <br />Absent: Vice Mayor Howard <br /> <br />The following motions were made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS HartneWlra to authorize the execution of an agreement ("Title Transfer <br />Agreement") with South Bayside System Authority ("SBSA") to transfer title <br />of recycled water utility facilities and direct the City Clerk to release the <br />existing 1 O-foot and 30-foot utility easements by quitclaim and accept in <br />exchange a 50-foot utility easement offered by SBSA for recycled water <br />utility facilities pursuant to Resolution No. 10944 (December 5, 1988). <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />P!:!.1tr ~ t1fH- <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
