DES:djk 04/23/96 (051/41) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 5/6/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12748 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 11669 ESTABLISHING <br /> SALARY SCHEDULE FOR CERTAIN DESIGNATED SEASONAL, <br /> PART-TIME, TEMPORARY, CASUAL, FUNDED, TRAINEE AND <br /> CONTRACTUAL POSITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT WITH THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY TO AMEND THE COMPENSATION SCHEDULE FOR THE <br /> POSITIONS OF HEAD CHEF AND FOOD SERVICE ASSISTANT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Exhibit A of Resolution No. 11669, adopted January 13, <br />1992 entitled, "Resolution Establishing Salary Schedule for <br />Certain Designated Seasonal, Part-Time, Temporary, Casual, <br />Funded, Trainee and Contractual Positions of Employment with the <br />City of Redwood City, and Rescinding Resolution 9569 and All <br />Provisions in Conflict Herewith", as amended, is hereby further <br />amended by approving and adopting the amended salary schedule for <br />the positions of Head Chef and Food Service Assistant as shown on <br />Exhibit "A-10", attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. This resolution shall be effective upon its adoption; <br />provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in Exhibit <br />A-10 shall be operative retroactively from and after April 1, <br />1996. <br /> <br /> <br />
