Adopt an Ordinance Amending Article 60, Zoning Map No. 22 of Ordinance <br />No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, As Amended, to Rezone <br />Properties located Within the Peninsula Park Precise Plan Area, as further <br />described in this ordinance, from the Existing General Commercial "CG" <br />Zoning District to the Planned Community "P" Zoning District. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AMENDING ARTICLE 60, ZONING MAP NO. 22 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE <br />REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE PENINSULA PARK PRECISE PLAN AREA, <br />AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE, FROM THE EXISTING ZONING <br />DISTRICTS TO THE PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICT. <br /> <br />3. Adopt a Resolution approving the Peninsula Park Precise Plan, including the <br />suggested revisions to the Precise Plan, and Adopting the Peninsula Park Precise <br />Plan Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Checklist (MMRP) and Making the MMRP a <br />part of this Precise Plan in order to mitigate or avoid significant environmental <br />effects. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ADOPTING THE PENINSULA PARK PRECISE PLAN <br /> <br />4.
