ADOPTIQN BY REFERENCE; CONFLICTING PROVISIONS: A. Pursuant to Section 50022.1, et seq., of the Government Code and Section 15 of the Charter of the City of Redwaod City, the National Electrical Cade, 2005 cc�ition, as published by the Natianal Fire Protecti�n Associati�n, and the Inte�rational Co�e C�uncil `l��tri�al Code Adrninistrative Provisions, 2006 Edetion, as published by the international Cade Council, are hereby adopted and shall be in effect within the Cifiy of Redwood Ci#y to the same extent as if set out in full herein except as expressiy amended by the provisions of this �rticle. B. 1n the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Nationaf E(ectrical Code, 2005 Edition, he�einafter referred to as the Electrical Code, or the International Code Council Electrical Code Administrative Provisions, 2046 Edition, hereinafter referred to as the Adminis#rative Provisions, and the provisions of this Chapter, the requirement which prescribes and establishes the higher standard of safety shal( apply unless otherwise stated in this Articfe. Section 404 of the Administrative Provisions is hereby amended in its entire#y to read as follows: Section 404 Fees. The fee for each electrical permit shall be as adopted by resolution of Council.
