Environmental <br /> Impact Report for the Marina Shores Village ("MSV"} Project; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 13, 2007, ihe Planning Commission of the City of Redwood <br /> City considered the "Addendum to the 2003 Environmentai Impact Report for the Marina Shores <br /> Village ProjecY' (Addendum); and <br /> WHEREAS, after a dufy noticed public hearing on November 13, 20Q7, the Planning <br /> Commission of #he City ofi Redwood City recommended to ihe City Councii, the rezoning nf the <br /> properties located within the Peninsula Park Precise Plan Area, from the existing General <br /> Commercial ("CG") ZonEng District (properties ident�ed as Assessor's Parcef Nos. 052-531- <br /> 020, �52-531-030, 052-531-050, 052-531-070, 052-531-100, 052-531-110 and 052-531-120), <br /> as shown on Exhibit "A" a map entitled "Existing Zoning Map", to the Planned Community (P) <br /> Zoning District, as shown on Exhibit "B", a map entitled "Prop�sed Precise Plan Zoning Map", <br /> bath maps are at�ached hereto and incorpora#ed herein; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, having reviewed the recommendation of the P(anning <br /> Commissiart and having considered the evidence, including the Addendum to the 2003 <br /> Environmental Impact Report for the Marina Shores Village Project, as well as the originally <br /> certified Final Enviranmental lmpact Report for the Marina Shares Viilage Project, received at <br /> the public hearing duly noticed and held for said proposed rezoning, finds that the proposed <br /> rezoning is in the public interest and consistent with the purposes of the Redwood City Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Atty/Ord/Ord.295 <br /> 124207 <br />
