Development exceeding 25% <br /> of the total number of housing units proposed shall require <br /> development of the required recreatianal park/open space <br /> and'uutiation of development pf the Community Hub. The <br /> Cannmunity Hub is a key element of the Precise Flan's Trans- <br /> partation and Circulation policies, affecting development <br /> phasing and pa tential buildout. It shall be completed prior to <br /> development of 65%af the#�tal number of housing units pro- <br /> posed. <br /> 2. Affordable Housing-Affordable housing,consistent with the <br /> provisions con:�ined in Chapter N,shall be provided in pro- <br /> portion to the overall number of units developed in a given <br /> phase. <br /> 3.
