After further review of the <br /> document and continued discussion regarding the Development Agreement and <br /> the Mitigation Monitoring Report Program staff is providing the foflowing <br /> recommended edits to the Precise Plan for#he City Council's consideration. <br /> 1. Table of Contents: Reference the date of €inal approved document (top of <br /> pa9�)� <br /> 2. �ist of Figures: Reference the date af fina! approved document (top af page}. <br /> 3. Page 2, (left column, firs# paragraph): add #8 to the list of Precise Plan goals <br /> to incfude Sustainability and Resource Efficiency (as described on page <br /> 13). <br /> 4. Page 9, item 1. Location-Appropriate Development, secand paragraph: <br /> suggest that "..residentia! development is t�m� marketable land use....." <br /> be changed to "....residentiaf development is a h�ghly marketable land <br /> use...." <br /> 5. Page 12, item 7. Architectural Character and Image: add "......and given the <br /> area's visibility fram US 1 Q1 and the Bay, a major effect....." <br /> 6. Page 14, Chapter II — Development Standards & Urban Design Guidelines, <br /> second paragraph: add a comma to the fi�st sen#ence, which should read <br /> "Urban Design Guidelines are discretionary, yet strongly recommended <br /> policies that address more subjec#ive considerations, such as building forms <br /> and architectural detailing." <br /> 7.
