Peninsula Park, LLC, a Delaware limited <br /> l'aability compan.y ("Developer") and the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br /> State of California("City"). Developer and City are collectively referred to herein as the <br /> "Parties." Capitalized terzns used herein without definition shall have the meanzng ascribed to <br /> such terms in the Agreement. <br /> Section 1. Affordable Housing Production Goal. � <br /> As currently proposed, at full build-out the Project will include 796 hornes. Based on <br /> that number, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in tbis Affardable Ho�.�sing <br /> Plan, Developer shall subsidize the construction and/or acquisition and rehabilitation of 120 <br /> affordable homes (equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the total nun�ber of homes developed within <br /> the Project) (the "Affordable I�omes").
