Peninsula Park, LLC, a Delaware limited <br /> liability company("Developer") and the City of Redwood City, a inunicipal corporati.on of the <br /> Staie of Califarnia("City"). De�eloper and City are collectively referred ta herein as the <br /> "Parties." Capitalized terms used herein without defi�iiti.on shall have the�neaning ascribed to <br /> such tenns in ihe Agreement. <br /> l. Pu_rpose. <br /> This Plan identif es public improvements and infrastructure (collectively, the <br /> "Improvements")required to serve the Project and other property in the surrounding area, <br /> describes the phasi.ng for construction of such Improveinents relative to the developrnent of the <br /> Project, and describes potentia.l methads of financing such Improveinents th.rough a combination <br /> ofDeveloper co3�tributions, tax-exempt financing, state and federal assistai�ce, develop:�x�ent fees <br /> and other financing inechanisms, including possible advances of funds by Develaper, subject to <br /> reimbursement as set forth herein. <br /> 2.
