Adopt an Ordinance Amending Article 60, Zoning Map No. 22 of Ordinance <br /> No. 1130, the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, As Amended, to Rezone <br /> Properties Located Within the Peninsula Park Precise Plan Area, as further <br /> described in this ordinance, from the Existing General Commercial "CG" <br /> Zoning District to the Planned Community "P" Zoning District. <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> AMENDING ARTICLE 60, ZONING MAP NO. 22 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE <br /> PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE PENINSULA PARK PRECISE PLAN AREA, <br /> AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE, FROM THE EXISTING ZONING <br /> DISTRICTS TO THE PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICT. <br /> 3.
