DES:dj~ 04/09/96 (093/41) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 4/22/96 <br /> <br /> R E S 0 L U T I 0 N N O. 12740 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR HAMILTON <br /> STREET AND MARSHALL STREET INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS <br /> AND SIGNALIZATION PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Hamilton Street and <br />Marshall Street Intersection Improvements and Signalization <br />Project in the City of Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents - <br />For Hamilton & Marshall Intersection Improvements & Signalization <br />Project - City of Redwood City, California", prepared by the <br />Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy <br />of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
