<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />1. Purpose <br />The purpose of this scope of services is to provide technical consulting assistance to the City of <br />Redwood City (City) related to ongoing implementation of the City's Recycled Water Project. <br />Services will be provided by Valerie J. Young, AICP of Winzler & Kelly (Consultant). <br /> <br />2. Scope of Services <br />Consulting support is anticipated for, but is not limited to, the example work items listed below. <br />City may request additional and/or modified services, which may require amendment to the <br />scope of this Agreement, pursuant to the City's contract amendment procedures. <br /> <br />. Ongoing CEQA and/or NEPA consultation and support for project implementation. <br />. Review and assist with recycled water ordinance and related documents. <br />. Support for grant funding applications. <br /> <br />3.
