<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> <br />1. Purpose <br />The purpose of this amendment to the scope of services is to add budget to the Agreement for <br />technical consulting assistance to the City of Redwood City (City) related to ongoing <br />implementation of the City's Recycled Water Project. The scope of services is ongoing and <br />remains as described in Section 2 below. Services will be provided by Valerie J. Young, AICP <br />of Winzler & Kelly (Consultant). <br /> <br />2. Scope of Services <br />Consulting support is anticipated for, but is not limited to, the example work items listed below. <br />City may request additional and/or modified services, which may require amendment to this <br />scope, pursuant to the City's contract amendment procedures. <br /> <br />. Ongoing CEQA and/or NEPA consultation and support for project implementation. <br />. Review and assist with recycled water ordinance and related documents. <br />. Support for grant funding applications. <br /> <br />3. Budget <br />The scope of services will be accomplished on an as-needed basis. Pl:Irsuant to discussions <br />with City staff, the budget amendment is for $19,828, as shown on the attached spreadsheet. <br /> <br />3 <br />
